Python3 compatibility

Hey guys,

is there any chance to get a Python 3 updated package like suggested in https://github.com/blockstack/zone-file-py/pull/5 ?

@jcnelson Is this project still maintained? Any chance this gets merged? I would like to update OI Chat using py3.

We're moving away from Python altogether. This repository will be maintained as Python 2, but no effort will be put towards porting it to Python 3. Only bugfixes will be added (if any).

FYI did a python3 port in my spare time since it didn't look too difficult. No guarantees but tests do pass.
