What is the problem you are seeing? Please describe. Apps that are localized for many languages do get the same score as apps that are only provided in one language

How is this problem misaligned with goals of app mining? User adoption is higher if the app is provided in the native language of the user. The app mining algorithm should encourage supporting many languages.

What is the explicit recommendation you’re looking to propose? Do research who could be a good reviewer.

Sounds like a good idea, two questions come to mind: – I'm not sure on the priority of this reviewer/factor? – How would an app reviewer test this?

This makes only sense after the browser was localized.
