improve mobile layout
This PR addresses UI issues related to the mobile view sidebar, ensuring it adapts properly to different device sizes.
- Implemented functionality to toggle the sidebar visibility based on the device width.
- Added logic to display the menu icon when the sidebar is hidden and hide it when the sidebar is visible, improving responsiveness on smaller screens.

Please hold off on merging this PR as I'm working on the UI for other pages as well.
Going to icebox this one. I think we're just not particularly close to having mobile support in the app.
