One question and one suggestion.

Question: Does it have a way to set On succeed and On failure folder (Upload job) to be folders by default and not have to select it every-time?

Suggestion: Can it be possible if we pass a Verify and it succeed to have a button where we simply clic to copy the job in Upload mode. Without need to reenter everything in Upload Job window.

No. But good idea.
