Effective user support for CLI client

Would be nice to be able to specify effective user in cli client config, as a parameter and possibly also the HADOOP_USER_NAME environment variable. Right now you can only do it through the library.

I'm not the right person to speak for this. However, Spotify won't fix this anytime soon I would guess. Patches will be reviewed and probably merged though! :)

This would be awesome, assuming that your hdfs user is the same as your local user is a pretty strong assumption.

This is the same behavior as the Hadoop client, so it's a pretty strong assumption :)
