There is no license for the repo

Specifically I want to use your mythtv as a good basis with some tweaks but see no License for just that piece or for the repository as a whole. Here is a guide on adding it to a github repo if you would like to add one. https://help.github.com/articles/adding-a-license-to-a-repository/
