@peterjc The test is throwing an error due to file mismatch.

The self-test takes ``sys.argv[1]`` as an input for the file, which I believed that it is a PDB file. I could be mistaken about it.

@peterjc I found the `.sea` file along with the `psea` tarball. Would it be possible to make use of the file for testing?
