Can you start Tangram from the terminal and see if there is any output when the problem occur?

Please try to reproduce with GNOME Web / Epiphany flatpak. If you can - file a bug report on WebkitGTK There is nothing I can do about this here.

Can you please try if it works in Edit tab instead of Add tab?
