After application is selected with mouse, whatever was behind Junction's GUI is also clicked

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Browse file manager, open file associated with Junction
  2. Make sure the Junction GUI is hovering over buttons in the file manager
  3. Select app
  4. Notice that after Junction closes and shortly before the chosen app launches, the mouse clicks inside the file manger (this might for example change the current folder via folder bookmarks on the left side if Junction isn't in the center of the screen)

I can't reproduce. You'll have to share your OS details but I doubt it's a Junction issue.
