Make sure all the codesandbox tutorials are under Solid's github account control

Right now, the codesandbox tutorials are created by the Creators in their own name, which is not sustainable on the long run. All these projects should be migrated to be accessed by the Solid account.

@Mitzi-Laszlo Can I get access to the Solid 1Password to do this?

Note that this isn't that big a deal though: it's always possible to fork a sandbox under a new account and then to update the links.

(That said, there are also many that are just direct references to a mirror the Notepod repository. I can move that mirror to the Solid GitHub group and give the Creators access.)
