As the information in this cheat sheet is extremely useful to a large PHP audience, it would be neat to have it translated into other (human) languages. I'm willing to contribute, will start with Russian.

Great ! I think you only need to create a new file called: translations/ru-RU.md

@smknstd Thanks, started the work. I'll also add links from the English Readme to the translated files, otherwise it would be difficult to find them.

@Menelion any progress? Or it would be better to someone not to wait and start another translation?
