Have you all checked the Releases? Usually, compiled binaries can be found there.

It looks like it the binary was present on older releases but not the current one. Weird. I can see about trying to compile shortly. I will report back.

I compiled it and signed it with my own certificate. Figured it was better than nothing. Let me know if there's any issues.

Also, I just realized we all overlooked the link to SourceForge which has the binary download
