binary package?

hello, is it possible to release binary packages too?

It looks like it the binary was present on older releases but not the current one. Weird. I can see about trying to compile shortly. I will report back.

I compiled it and signed it with my own certificate. Figured it was better than nothing. Let me know if there's any issues.
