Add Voting feature

Thanks for the heads up. I've been meaning to work on this repo for over a year now. Some of the scripts are outdated / broken. I'll hopefully get an hour or two to work on updating everything sometime soon.

@MichaelSp Please don't move your script into this suite and remove your repo. I prefer to install only what I need, not the whole suite. If you can keep your own repo and fork it into to here, that would keep both worlds happy.

p.s. @MichaelSp time to release a new version with the latest changes...?

< offtopic> If you don't increase the semver version, people who previously installed the script won't update to the latest version.
