It is impossible to resize the log window without opening the goto window

Basically I have the goto window colapsed and everytime I want to resize the log windown the goto window acs like a jerk and uncollapses and makes it pretty confusiong while dragging and on the screen.

Capturing the resize-event is a bit tricky. I would say this issue is closed now, could you please test the new developer-version at https://sourceforge.net/projects/relaunch64/files/devel/ ?

Feel free to re-open the issue, if resizing still causes problems with the sidebar.

It's not quite satisfying yet, I'll have to think about alternative ways of how to fix this issue...
