Would be great to have the option to install with winget as well.

Hello! Winget is currently far from even first release and supports only installers (e.g. exe, msi, msix, inno, wix, nullsoft, appx), it means that you cannot just copy file where you want without wrapping it into self-extracting archive or complete installer package. Maybe when custom powershell scripts will be possible to run instead of installer (as Chocolatey do) we will support winget.
