improve control over random sort reseeding

https://github.com/simon-weber/Autoplaylists-for-Google-Music/issues/112 brought up that automatically refreshing the random seed could be useful. I'm not sure the best way to go about this yet - the linked thread discusses some side effects of frequent reseeding - but I agree that it's worth looking in to.
