Option to disable uniquing URLs

Currently urlview only adds unique URLs to its output. This creates a problem for me, since I want urlview's numbering to match up w3m's output. I've patched my version to disable this behaviour, but it would be nice to have an option in the configuration or a command line argument to do this.
