Video conferencing to show border around active speaker

Is it possible to show a coloured border around the active speaker's tile whilst on a video call?

This would make it easier to find which participants are actively speaking when using a layout that does not have a tile reserved for the floor, and would be especially useful where there are more than a few participants.

The border settings I can see are only static.

I am using 06509a7527~64bit and mod_conference for the MCU.
