Notably tinder and twitter always display due to their websites displaying a warning about javascript being off

Twitter could be checked with m.twitter.com, which does not require JavaScript

Could we possibly use browser automation for this? Maybe have the option to set a site as using JavasScript and if it does, use Scrapy with Splash? @sdushantha

Hmm, what are the cons to doing this? Besides the fact that additional software would have to be packaged?

@billyb2 I dont know when or where @hoadlck mentioned this, but I do remember that he mentioned requests-html to be a good library to take a look at because it supports JavaScript
