Windows 8 mailto handling

GNP doesn't handle mailto links on Windows 8 despite checking the option to do so.

Windows 8 defaults mailto links to Native Mail app, is this issue you are mentioning here?

Nope. The way Windows 8 handles mail application protocol assignment is different than previous versions. It requires explicit user interaction. You can no longer assign that through the registry, which is what happens when users click the checkbox in GNPs settings to handle mailto links.
