Feature Request: Customize CDN

I'm using mume as the main engine of my blog site. Thank you for this awesome project!

Currently the CDN is hardcoded. markdown-engine.ts#L1275

A feature which provides some ways to customize CDN link will be helpful for speeding up sites.

I changed it to jsdelivr so now it should be much faster.
