Installation steps found in goggame-gameid.script files are not executed

This only applies to Windows games, but it is problematic. For a lot of Dosbox games this means the configurations are not available and cannot be started. This includes Dangerous Dave for example.

I believe the DOSBox configurations thing also applies to HoMM 1/2 and a few others I've tried to install.

Also some old games rely on values being added to registry, which apparently never happens sometimes (though when it does, the values that include install path are always wrong due to the game being moved after install).
