can someone elaborate or simplify the installation on windows for me?

i'd read the installation on windows and it's too complicated with noob like me (i'm not programmer or developer), i tried to understand the instruction by install the software and run the line that i assume that it is a cmd commands but it doesnt work on me at all, i have a ton of error like not recognize nmake command or something, now i totally give install it by myself. Please help me, thanks.

Hi, I've also compiled also Windows 64b version 0.26 (in this post attachement) hlsdl0.26_compiled_by_xavave.zip
