Not able to access/read crop corners with keyboard events(tab & arrows) in safari

I am trying to access/read crop corners with the keyboard actions in Safari but the cursor not pointing to the crop corners with the keyboard.

whereas the same works in Chrome & Firefox, I am able to access/read crop corners and able to update the corner positions with the keyboard.

Team, anyone can help me with this.
