Replacing effects and layout issue

From #107: Effect chain 1-2-3. Connecting from Out1 to In3 should cut effect2 out as if it was just added. Right now it leaves output of 1 and input of 2 connected. 0_initial 1_replace 2_result 3_result2 4_reload
