"This field has been modified" when it hasn't

When I go back to edit any entry with a Typed Link Field inside a matrix block, I'm seeing the blue line from Craft indicating that something in that field has changed - even when the field is never updated.:

Hm, I've seen that too. But it seems to be an issue in Craft itself and the problem seems to be solved in Craft 4?

Thanks for replying Sebastian. I haven't had a chance to test Craft 4 yet, but hopefully this'll be resolved there. I'll try and remember to report back here if it keeps happening on the site I notice it on at the moment.
