Arguments are offset in cend-type blocks

See here. On my chrome/macos machine, I am seeing the (report <>) argument offset down by a few pixels.

Same here, using Firefox 50 on OS X El Capitan.

Not offset down. Cend blocks are slightly slimmer than normal blocks, so, there's not an offset, but blob has to put one up.

I'm not going to fix this myself, but anyone is welcome to contribute a fix!
