Display the connected hostname (and port) when confirming a database drop / overwrite

We want projects to share their .pgshrc and have any workstation-specific config in .env. A configurable whitelist env var feels very heavy-weight; instead let's display the currently-configured host whenever we're overwriting or dropping a database.
