KSP load longer even with Saved ModuleManager's Caches when load compare to ModuleManager while generating Caches

Idk why but my ksp take really long time to load. I normally think that when ModuleManager generating caches, it ussually take way lesser time but for some reason it not this case. Currently Installed Mods: Harmony, B9PartSwitch, CommunityResourcePack, Kerbalism, KerbalismConfig, NearFutureProps, both of the DLCs, StationPartsExpansionRedux, StationPartExpansionReduxIVAs and ModuleManager. My KSP in located in a SSD so it should run faster right? pls help me fix this problem

Is it waiting on ModuleManager or is it still loading models and textures after ModuleManager finishes?
