Basically, I don’t have the time to actively work on this plugin anymore. Issues are coming in faster than I’m able to get to them. I was kinda hoping Obsidian would build in a better implementation of this by now 😄.

At this point, I don’t know when or if I will be able to make any meaningful updates to this plugin in the future. I think this plugin has a lot of value, and I don’t want to just leave it here, withering away until it stops working completely. So I’m hoping someone (or a couple someones) will be interested in taking this on and helping expand and improve it.

If you’re interested, or have any questions, you can respond here. I will do my best to document architecture, processes, whatever else, and help out as I can.

Hey! Thank you for considering. Unfortunately I don't think I'll have the time for this anytime soon. I don't know how it works exactly, but you can try getting this into the Obsidian Hub repo, that has a Plugins seeking help page. Do you plan on handling pull requests still?

Thanks, wasn't aware of that page. Looks like it's updated automatically, so I think this issue will get picked up next time it builds.

As far as PRs, yes for the time being, still planning on looking at them and merging them. But I may get to a point where I feel archiving this repo is my next move.

Hey, thanks for asking! I can help with some of the current open issues but I don't know if I can be a maintainer because I don't have the setup to test it on all platforms like iOS, and I'm also kinda busy with college. I don't think the plugin would necessary wither away, though, because afaik there were only breaking changes in plugins recently because of v1.0 and it should be more stable going forward.
