Journal Entry Will Not Save

Journal entry is cleared when navigating to another date or when restarting application. Word count is also not working.

It's working for me. Would you mind sharing your logs? They can be found in ~/snap/mini-diary/current/.config/Mini\ Diary/logs/?

Seems likes it's a permissions issue but I'm not sure what's suddenly causing it.

Weird… Has this been happening from the start, or since an update?

Can you fix the permissions manually?

I've tried chmod'ing 'mini-diary.txt', but that didn't resolve the issue. The problem started a week after I started using this journal, so it may be because of the update.

Hello, I'm experiencing the same problem (on Ubuntu 16.04, app version 3.1.1). It worked for some time and suddenly two days ago it stopped saving any entry or change (probably as a consequence of an update of the OS).
