When gitlab-ci runs in deploy stage, there is a error which i don't know why

This is a golang issue (language in which the runner is written) https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ci-multi-runner/issues/1788 here they do a workaround in 1.7 build aswell they upgraded to a newer golang version, and i think latest 1.8.0 build shouldn't have this issue anymore since
