Can't delete profile after a backup restore

Description

Custom profiles can't be deleted after a backup restore. It is because of the "builtin" flag is set to true in "profileTypeConfig"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new profile
  2. Create a backup
  3. Restore the backup
  4. Can't delete the new profile anymore
