Show the proxy options in Popup as soon as possible

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. sometimes the site's response was very slow and I knowed it was time to use the proxy agent to visit this site, but the proxy options displayed until the site's response was timed out. image

This is limitation of browser that doesn't provide information of tab unless the request reaches a certain stage. It is good point though, will keep an eye on this one.
