Support for Android 9+

Please add support for Android 9+.

Is the current version 0.0.12 not working on android 9? If no can you explain what is the problem.

We are thinking that first we are going to support Android 10+ Since at that version getConnectionOwnerUid was added this makes things simpler and will decrees development time.

Creating alternative for the functions is possible but more complicated and we will think about implementing it after we have a working version.

You can implement for Android 10+. But I didn't see any apk file in releases. In website also there is no download for android. From where I need to get apk file?

@Subbarao6338 I believe this is only a prototype. No apk available anywhere and no mention of Android on their website.

@Subbarao6338 The application is very early in development and it support only SPN at the moment. You can find instructions on Discord how to install it.
