Hello! I have been using Samplot since the past few days and it has proved to be very efficient. There are certain cases where split reads overlap with paired reads making it hard to visualise the structural variant. Is there a option if we just want to plot the split reads or the paired reads?

We can add that. You may also try the —jitter option thanks to @pontushojer
