Hi!

Thanks for developing this wonderful package!

I have visualized this result for one of our data and we are trying to find the evidence of translocation. I know that we should see a bar in the top center of the plot to say the sample contains translocation but I wonder if the attached samplot shows evidence for the translocation (the dotted line close to insert size 0). If no, what does this line indicate? Thanks!

It looks promising. Can you play with the zoom a bit to get rid of those two pairs with huge insert sizes?
