Bug: Snap panel

Steps to reproduce:

1. Drag a window to activate the snap panel (snap panel is positioned at the top center).
2. Drag the window over one of the snap layouts. The cursor stays on the gray element of the snap layout, or very far to the right, on a selected snap layout.
3. Release to snap window

Expected behaviour: The window is moved to the position according to the selected snap layout and resized.

Observed behaviour: The window is adjusted like the snap layout located right to the selected snap layout in the snap panel

Suggestions: Make sure that the window is resized according to the selected snap layout.

I think I see what's going on here. I'll see if I can work a fix into the next release.
