Docs: Hungarian translation

Hello!

I decided to translate the Documentation as well to Hungarian. This pull request is a follow up of https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/pull/962 .

I marked this as a Draft as well, since there are still some parts that need to be worked on:

  • [x] Dev chapter.
  • [x] Manual
  • [ ] Self host
