Saying that license files or configuration files are not related to the code is a bit inaccurate. I think this phrasing is more descriptive.

Disclaimer: I'm just starting reading the book, and this is my first contribution. I want to start small. I don't know if this is too nit-picky or too insignificant of a change... Let me know. I'm checking the temperature of the room. 🙂
