Add a Donations/Support page

We should have a page that links to RubyCentral, or potentially other Ruby/Rails 501(c)(3) non-profits. This way companies don't have to directly email the maintainers of www.ruby-lang.org.

ruby.berlin is also a 501(c)(3)-like non-profit.

We should list all ruby non-profits, so RubyCentral doesn't hog the show.
