Display bug in run (but not in Survey -> Test): Displaced headings

There's a minor display bug. If I test a survey, everything looks fine:

However, when I integrate the survey into a run, and go to the final link, the headings are displaced:

Seem to be different style sheets for testing and running.

When I disable "Material design" in the Run settings, it looks fine.

@nicebread , can you upload an item table to reproduce this bug?

one solution to this is to use CSS class mc_widthXX on the mc_heading items and the mc items.
