`blimpy sync` should rsync the current directory to `/blimpy` on the remote host(s)

Per @jorgenpt's feedback, we should probably have a blimpy pull and a blimpy push command instead of sync. That way there's a bit of explicit direction for the user with regards to what an rsync(1) command might do

I think this might actually make most sense as something like doubledown
