More ebook sources

With #9 closed, we now have the ability to download ebooks with Beru. I have a few sources included, but we should find and include others as well.

Here's one that I stumbled across: http://www.booksshouldbefree.com/ Most of the stuff is just pulled from Project Gutenberg, but they do seem to have pretty covers.
