AD410 Live Stream not working

The live camera view does not seem to be working from my AD410 doorbell camera.

Home Assistant installed on a Pi 4b Home Assistant Core 2022.3.3 Home Assistant Operating System 7.4

When I open any of the camera entities this is all I see: image

Cannot confirm. I am using HA core and OS on a RPi4, and it streams just fine.

For me, the first time, it takes some time to start the stream. After that it is almost instant. Looks like it needs to activate the connection after no streaming for a while.

For those that were experiencing this problem, were you able to resolve it? I've run into the same issue and am trying to narrow it down, so could use any tips from anyone that was able to get this to work.

If it matters, my camera is on a different subnet with pfsense as a firewall in between. However, my local LAN has wide open access to my camera subnet.
