Arbitrary author links

It doesn't seem like the author contact information is currently parsed by Disrupt Manager, but I assume the intent is to eventually show it user-facing, appearing as clickable links/copyable text in the program.

It looks like there's currently only support for links to Discord, YouTube, and Twitter. However, these are not very useful for me to link, I'd much rather direct people to my personal website. An arbitrary Author URL element like <Website>https://commenter.cc</Website> would be very useful for people who don't use these platforms or don't want to give them out as contact information.

IIRC I decided against fully custom links because I saw it as too risky. Perhaps I should rethink that one.
