Several fixes for Sat-IP

FireFly had issues with black screens and failed recordings several times and other users seem to have similar issues.

Would be great if you could have a look at the changes. I'll keep this PR updated if patches are updated. Meaning, I'll try to keep forum thread and this PR in sync.

Actually satip_retune_fix.diff was only a workaround, the real fix is in my repo here: https://github.com/FireFlyVDR/vdr-plugin-satip/commit/0f20f764bce549f7866ab19a91d0850397de21ea
