It should be possible to negate a pattern (creating a new pattern that matches exactly if the original pattern does not match).
I did move the bundle to `~/Library/Application\ Support/Avian/Plugins`, of course. It doesn't show up anywhere in the app.
`rackup -s HTTP` doesn't work (I think rack is trying to load `rack/handler/hTTP.rb`), neither does `rackup -s http`, as you don't call `register` in the handler.
ANSI Smalltalk defines DateAndTime as standard global (section 5.2).
