Path environment variable replacement for %APPDATA% and %LOCALAPPDATA%

It would be nice to replace very long path segments with %APPDATA% or %LOCALAPPDATA%.

It had already happened to me that I hit the limit for the env. variable length so I had to reorganize my environment a little bit. This could be a quick win.
