I have different treeselects inside different components of an app, each treeselect has to be with different css backfround color. How can I do that taking in account no possibility to use scoped styles inside components? I was only able to globally change style like that but that applies the same color to each treeselect.

Try to add to each treeselect a unique class and use ::v-deep inside
